Chef Michael Sornatale creates seasonal menus based on traditional Italian cuisine — including his native Puglia in southern Italy — redesigned for the way we eat today. His dishes combine the freshest and finest ingredients, including free range and organic foods, heart healthy and low-fat recipes, as well as special dishes prepared on request.
A hallmark of the La Villa menu is lots of choice. Poultry, meats, seafood or pasta. Salads, soups, antipasti. Desserts light as well as sinful. Wines from many regions — white, red, rose and bubbly. Simple ingredients — clams, for example — prepared creatively. Exotic ingredients prepared to be accessible. Choices even extend to dishes not formally on the menu. Just ask.
And friends of the original La Villa will also discover some beloved old favorites, including Chef Mike’s signature fried zucchini — as well as new specialties such as his fabulous charred broccoli.
